Submitting a purchase request constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions and a commitment to their provisions. 2. Compliance with the applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is mandatory for all platform users. 3. The Center reserves the right to delete any data or products without providing reasons. 4. The Center is not a party to any sale or purchase transaction conducted through the platform and does not guarantee any financial, legal, or regulatory obligations. 5. The Center is authorized in advance by the seller to accept purchase orders and deliver products to the buyer. 6. The center is authorized to receive payment for products sold through the platform. 7. Platform users agree not to provide any misleading, false, forged, or incorrect information on the platform. 8. The platform disclaims responsibility for any data or information found on web pages or websites. 9. The platform is not responsible for fake or fraudulent accounts. 10. Platform users agree not to violate any security or technical measures used on the platform to protect data. 11. Product prices are subject to change without prior notice. 12. The center is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages or losses. 13. The center is not responsible for unavailable or out-of-stock products; the seller is responsible for these. 14. Legal and regulatory capacity is required to complete the product purchase process.
  • 15- Upon purchasing weapons and ammunition, the customer is not entitled to return or exchange the products, according to the Weapons and Explosives Law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (whether the product has been received or not), once the invoice has been issued.

Use and Disclaimer

  • - The National Falcons Center is not liable under any circumstances for any damage arising from the use of its website or the inability to use it.
  • - All information contained on the club's website pages, except for regulations and bylaws, is general information and does not constitute warranties or representations and may not be used for any purpose.

User Blocking

  • - The Center may, at its discretion, terminate, restrict, or suspend a user's access to the website without notice for any conduct that the Center, in its sole discretion, deems to be unlawful or harmful to others. In the event of termination, restriction, or suspension, the user will not be permitted to access the website.

Third: Content and Intellectual Property

  • 1- Your adherence to the terms and conditions constitutes a commitment not to infringe upon the intellectual property and commercial rights of the club or any other party, locally or internationally.
  • 2- The Center owns the content related to the products, all images and videos, and enjoys the rights to publish them.
  • 3- It is not permitted to publish any links to other websites or applications through the website or through any of its features.
  • 4- The website and the ideas expressed on it are the exclusive intellectual property of the Center, and you are not permitted to quote or imitate them.
  • 5- All content on the website, such as (text, logos, images, graphics, audio and video recordings, and other data), is the property of the National Falconry Center and is protected under the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • 6- Reproduction and distribution of trademarks and designs on the website is prohibited without written permission from the Center.
  • 7- These Terms and Conditions are subject to continuous amendment in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Fourth: Limits of Legal Liability

  • 1- The use of the website and its services in an illegal, fraudulent, or antisocial manner, as determined by the Center, is prohibited.
  • 2- The Center has the right to claim compensation for losses or damages caused by a user of the website in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Fifth: Purchase and Payment Methods

  • 1- The website is not obligated to accept purchase requests and reserves the right to refuse without providing reasons.
  • 2- Value Added Tax (VAT) and all other fees are collected upon payment for the product, item, or service.
  • 3- Payment for the product(s), goods, or services will be made through the platform using approved electronic payment methods as specified by the platform.

Sixth: Warranty

  • 1. Warranty for the advertised good or service The terms and conditions on the platform are the seller's responsibility, and the center has no involvement regarding the product warranty.
  • 2. The customer reviews the warranty information before completing the purchase.

Seventh: Return/Exchange Policy:

  • - Returns and exchanges—excluding weapons and ammunition—are subject to the warranty included with the product or item sold by the seller, and the center bears no responsibility in this regard.
