• Customer accepts this Sale Agreement by making a purchase, placing an order, or otherwise shopping on the Site.

• References to “you” or “your” shall relate to the customer.

• References to "the club"or "the Falcons Club" shall relate to the Saudi Falcons Club and its subsidiaries.

• The terms and conditions of thisAgreement of Sale are subject to change without prior notice.

• This Sale Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and Falcons Club with respect to the purchase or sale of goods or services on the Site.

• The sale agreement may not be modified or terminated except in relation to the goods or services purchased or sold on the site by a letter signed by the club.

Risk of Loss

Unless other wise specified, title to the goods purchased here shall pass to the buyer upon delivery of the goods to the buyer.

•Loss or damage that occurs during shipment by the carrier is the responsibility of the Falcons Club.

General Legal Disclaimer

•Falcons Club hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability for a particular purpose.

•The Falcon Club disclaimer does not in any way affect the manufacturer's warranty terms, if any.

Price and information disclaimer

•All prices are subject to change without notice.

•For all prices, products and offers, the Club reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.

•Falcons Club assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the site.

Limitation of Liability

•Falcons Club will not be liable for loss of profit, loss of business or any other consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided in this document.

•Falcons Club will not be responsible for products or services that are not available for use, or for lost or damaged data or software.

·  The Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products or services, Falcon Club shall not be liable for any amount of damages in excess of the total amount ofSaudi Riyals paid by the Customer for the purchase(s) under this Agreement.

•It is the buyer's responsibility, and not the Falcon Club, to ensure and comply with all applicable laws of the Kingdom regarding the possession and use of any item purchased from the Falcon Club.

•All products are sold provided that the club, the seller, shall not be liable in any action for arrest, accident or injury occurring during the transportation, handling, storage, sale or use of the special products.

•Check the laws of the Kingdom before requesting and completing the required licensing procedures from the competent authorities.

•Products cannot be sold to persons under 22 years old.

•By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and that he/she is of legal age and is Saudi as licenses and verification of customer information will be available before purchasing any particular product.

•Neither the Falcon Club nor any of its employees shall be liable for the misuse of any product purchased from us.

•When you purchase a product from Falcon Club, you release Falcon Club and any or all of its employees from any liability in connection with your actions relating to the sale, use, ownership and shipment of any special products ordered.

Order, payment terms, interest, taxes:

•Applications are not binding on the Falcons Club until the club accepts them.

•Terms of payment are subject to the discretion of the Falcons Club.

•Invoices are due and payable within the time period mentioned in the invoice, measured from the invoice date.

•The Falcons Club may invoice parts of the order separately.

•The customer agrees to pay interest on all past due amounts at the highest rate permitted by law.

•The customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order.

•The Falcons Club collects the Kingdom's sales tax on all orders, if any.
