• This sale agreement is a legal contract between the customer and the Saudi Falcons Club. • Customer accepts this Sale Agreement by making a purchase, placing an order, or otherwise shopping on the Site. • References to “you” or “your” shall relate to the customer. • References to "the club"or "the Falcons Club" shall relate to the Saudi Falcons Club and its subsidiaries. • The terms and conditions of thisAgreement of Sale are subject to change without prior notice. • This Sale Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and Falcons Club with respect to the purchase or sale of goods or services on the Site. • The sale agreement may not be modified or terminated except in relation to the goods or services purchased or sold on the site by a letter signed by the club. Government laws: • This Agreement and any sales under it are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia • The customer agrees to the jurisdiction of the courts in the city of Riyadh located in the Kingdom for the purposes of any suit or proceeding arising from this Agreement of Sale.
